The Indonesian people are very welcoming, just like the Indonesian weather! The first day of the exhibition, the scene is hot! Many consulting customers visit our booth and we patiently listen to our customers’ needs and local market information to provide satisfactory solutions and services. The second day of exhibition, We take the initiative, invite customers to the booth to introduce them to what the ups is, what are the functions, which help them solve the network problem when the power outage. We had successfully closed a lot of orders on the spot.
After the exhibition, we follow up the use of customer samples and feedback in a timely manner. Most of the customers tested mini ups with routers, ONU, and CCTV camera. They were satisfied with our products, sending unanimous praise, and expressed their hope for more in-depth co-operation with Richroc in the future to open the Mini UPS market in Indonesia!
