We have 365 days warranty, if you get the mini ups product faulty upon delivery, you can shot a video or picture and then report to us, we will check it and resend a new unit for you. If the ups faulty during your usage period, you can also send us video and picture to show what the ups problem is and send us a short description to express the problem, then our engineer team will look into the faulty problem, in order to make improvement on the new version. Of course, we will replace you a new unit in your next order. If the mini ups over warranty time, please no worry, we are also responsible for the repair and provide maintenance service too.
